Chloe's Bone

Now that Kaelyn is mobile, her favorite past time is chasing after Chloe, Chloe's bone, Chloe's food and water bowls or just about anything else around the house she isn't supposed to have. Today she was bound and determined to get Chloe's bone out from under the table, even though the chair was obstructing her view! Geoff and I couldn't stop laughing at her determination.

Crawling

Here is video of Kaelyn crawling. She takes a lot of breaks, but has definitely improved since she began. She will be cruising around the house in no time.

Crawling and stting up!

Kaelyn had a very busy day today. She sat up and started crawling for the first time. She has been close to crawling for a couple of weeks now, but today is the first day she put it all together! Of course she started crawling in order to get to Chloe's bone. Definitely time to baby proof now! Will try to catch it all on video soon!

First trip to the Park

Kaelyn and I are loving the beautiful. warm weather. We have been taking Chloe for lots of nice, long walks and today we went to the park for the first time to play! Kaelyn had her first ride in the swing! She loved it! I also held. She also tried out the slide (with my help of course). But what she really enjoyed doing is watching the other kids play! (which is why I don't have many pictures where she is looking at me!) Maybe next time, we will thy the sandbox. We have to prepare for Kiawah! I know it is only April, but we are hoping that this nice weather sticks around!

Happy Easter!

We enjoyed a wonderful Easter with Grandma and Grandpa Pacana and Aunt Stacey! Kaelyn was so good in church and was very excited that the Easter bunny came to her house and Grandma and Granpa's too! Kaelyn even participated in her first Easter egg hunt! Hope you all had a wonderful Easter as well!
