38 weeks
I had another doctor's appointment today. It seems that things are progressing and my body is starting to prep for labor. At my appointment today she said I am 1 cm dilated and 50% effaced (thinning of the the cervix). I could however stay that way for awhile. My next appointment is Wednesday and she didn't seem to think I would go into labor before then. The babies heart rate was 148 and she said that she is a good size baby.(I am scared to know what means!)

How exciting! We are all ready to cheer you and Geoff on, while we wait in the grandparents room, during the birth of your bundle from heaven. Another week or so would be fine! Good size means that she will fit in your loving arms just perfectly.
