Tonight I made mashed potatoes for dinner. Whenever I tried to feed them to Kaelyn with a spoon, she would spit them out and grab for the spoon. So I put some on the spoon, put the spoon on her tray and waited to see what happen. She picked up the spoon and put it and the mashed potatoes in her mouth. Now she only did this a couple more times and I think that more potato ended up her hair than in her mouth, but she was so proud of herself.

Oh my goodness, Kaelyn! We are so proud of your accomplishments. Every day you show us how much you have been learning by watching and observing every little thing that happens. You are sooooo smart :-)
